About

At the Post COVID-19 Recovery Clinic, located on the campus of Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, our team of expert specialists work in partnership with your primary care provider to coordinate the care, testing and treatment plan for those who have recovered from COVID-19 and are experiencing continued symptoms of the virus. Our multidisciplinary approach may include (depending on symptoms): pulmonology, physical rehabilitation, neurology, nephrology, hematology, cardiology, behavioral health, and nutrition services. 


A physician’s order is required; if you don’t have a physician managing your care, our team will work with you obtain an order.
