He is definitely took more interest in my well being and then the previous Advocate doctor although he did not provide as "thorough annual examination" as my previous doctor in Chicago for more than 20 years until 2018. My first Advocate doctor when I schedule an annual examination, I was sadly disappointed and was concerned about the future but Warren Robinson reduced my concern about having a more thorough annual physical.
Good experience and looking forward to my husband changing from my previous doctor to Warren Robinson eventually.
The appointment time and the wait was barley non existent ,Dr Robinson is a great Doctor listens and explains very well Takes his time with you during the visit to ask questions about me and explains all my questions in terms I fully understand

I gave been with Dr Robinson for 33 years. The "new" AMG office,/reception/phone staff since he joined the group leave much to be desired. Manu times rude, condescending, govectge air of not wanting to be bothered. Many phone calls and medication refill requests from pharmacies go unanswered. These issues NEVER existed when he had his own staff. This is driving a family discussion to consider changing doctors, outside of AMG. I sincerely hope it gets resolved.

The phone system needs to be improved. It takes a LONG time to reach someone to schedule appointments or leave a message. Sometimes messages are NOT given to the doctor.

I like my doctor he always calls me with my test results. make sure I have my medications and tells what I have to accomplish to be healthier. I cant say I always follow it.. but I try.. this visit was a virtual visit...that was different.. but well appreciated to stay safe in this time

Have seen Dr. Robinson for almost 30 years! He is very GOOD at what he does! ALWAYS made me feel relaxed and open to talk. When the door to the exam room closed his attention was ALL on me and what was going on medically.
NEVER a bad experience with Dr. Robinson! He always has an open ear for the patients and would listen to everything you said. Would take it all in and then decide the medical procedure after he asked questions, etc.

I HATE calling for an appointment. If I don't have to call or come in I won't. The people that take the calls are extremely impersonal. They won't vie you a same day appt.

appointment ended without discussing the remainder of my questions. I was given two referrals and one prescription. I was unable to discuss my desire to quit smoking and also was not given a refill on my prescription. I had to send an email to the doctor for the refill. I was also not ordered for any bloodwork as I was on my previous annual visit which is not normal.
Dr. Robinson has been my doctor since I was born. Although his new office building looks like a hospital, compared to his former office, the care I received was and is always 100%.
I go to the drs. with my mom who is 91. She has been seeing Dr. Robinson for years. He always is very concerned about her well being. Spends time with her & explains everything to her so she understand.
