As always,my routine visit was easy and fast,right on time,all questions where answered and i left there with a the knowledge of satisfaction.

Visit was short,no waiting time and routine as usual.All was a very good experience and i was very satisfied.

Doctor Quinn is the best

Dr Quinn is a new doctor for me, I have seen her twice. I like her demeanor, knowledge and philosophy and will continue to see her.

The network for setting up appointments or contacting Dr. Quinn is frustrating and takes too much time. I don't like having to use the network I prefer to deal with her directly especially since she is located in my own town.

First visit. Very nice and personable

I always love visits with Dr Quinn. She is knowledgeable, thorough, kind, supportive, never makes you feel rushed... I could go on and on. My appointments with her in this time period all revolved around referrals to specialists and updating her on the results of those appointments.

She has the ability to convey that she genuinely cares about your situation. Everyone I've talked to has felt the same way about her care for them.

Dr. Quinn is thorough, very interested with all of my concerns and always provides the best of care for me.

perhaps because if the new paradigm of CoVid I did not feel that the physical exam was as thorough as in the past. Ex: provider used to examine throat, nose, earsWe did not review all of my current medications.

My visit felt less collaborative than in the past.Communication via the website is difficult. I feel Providers have unrealistic expectations that everyone will be able to utilize this technology to facilitate their healthcare. I can just barely do it now at 69. What do all your 80 year old customers do?

My opinion is that of excellence. Dr. Quinn truly understands the art of listening, genuinely interested in your overall health. Answers questions so the non-medical layman can understand exactly what the answer is. When you ask a question, she follows it up with a question to make sure she has a better understanding of the issue and nothing was lost in my translation of it.

Five Stars. I am glad I found Dr. Quinn after my provider of 30+ years retired. I spent months and months looking for a new Primary Dr. that would be the right fit. Reviewing health grades, vitals etc for reviews I contacted people directly who left reviews and asked them questions. My opinion is simply in order to receive good healthcare you must be able to have a good fit with your provider so their are open communication lines and confidence in your provider and your provider confident in you that you are being fourthcoming.

Dr. Quinn is a very nice person whom I feel very comfortable with.

This was my first 'telehealth' visit due to COVID-19 restrictions. Dr. Quinn was still very personable, expressed her concerns, and listened carefully to what I had to say.

Because of the Covid-19 situation this visit was actually all completed via the telephone. This was true for the check in process as well as the visit with the physician. I thought this process went very well and I was very happy to not have to go into the office and be exposed to others. My health need had to do with changing a current prescription and this worked extremely well. I am very grateful to have had this as an option for care.

I feel Dr. Quinn was very attentive to my concerns and needs and did an excellent job of providing information and options. As a phone visit, I actually felt that I had a better experience and was extremely satisfied with the visit and the outcome.

Dr. Quinn is exceptional. She is compassionate, understating, and very through in her examinations and diagnosis. She has been my physician for almost 10 years. She has always made it very clear that she genuinely cares about my well being. She is definitely a cut above the "average" doctor.

There is one receptionist, which I fend to be at times, "cold." When I arrived, she greeted me and asked for my credentials. I stated that my most recently issued health care card had already been scanned. She retorted, May I have your insurance card. I pushed and asked why, and restated that I had been in recently, and know that the card is on file. She reported that there was no insurance card on file in the system. Which may have been the case. But I would have preferred that she made a joke or nicely stated that there were computer updates. Rather than tartly state, "Well, there is no card on file, which I am looking at right now." She is often like this. It just does not match the kindness of the doctor or the nurse assistant, who are overly kind and compassionate.

Dr. Quinn is very difficult to get an appointment with. Twice in the last month I had to call the call center to try to make an appointment, and she had no appointments available. After the second time I called, I decided to send a direct email through the portal to the office. At least that way I get to talk to someone from the actual office the doctor is in, which is much more helpful than a random person at the call center trying to help me.

Bad experience with trying to get an appointment through the Advocate call center. Would be much better if I could call the office directly to leave a message or make an appointment.

I liked Dr Quinn very much. This was my first visit with her. She listened and asked pertinent questions. I will be seeing her again.
