Since this provider has merged with Advocate, the care has declined. She used to read my chart prior to coming in the room to discuss. She knew what happened. I had surgery in November and she didn't know or care. Appointments are made without explanation 1 second need an annual exam, the next minute I don't. Fasting for blood work is not communicated. A prescription was filled from November without discussing it with me. I am disappointed in the change care. I had the worst strain of bronchitis I've ever had Jan- March and no discussion about my healing given the covid situation. When I had questions regarding antibody testing I was told, this was very expensive, no guarantee that I wouldn't get it again. My question was did I have it and it seemed to be ignored.

Dr Bajwa always takes the time to listen to me and answer any questions I have. This was a phone visit.

It went very well and i got the results that i would have if i had seen someone in person

This was my first time doing a telephone internet visit. I wish there was an easier way for seniors to do this. I was very anxios but once i connected it went fine

The Batavia & St. Charles Intermediate care facilities are very prompt & very accommodating in my needs -

Always available when I need anything, whether it's a mychart message, telephone call, or office visit. She answered all of my questions and felt how concerned she was regarding my questions.

I am so blessed to have her as my PCP. She is always available and able to have a conversation regarding my medical care. I am confident that she knows the care that I need and always professional. She always answers all of my questions and never have a doubt in my mind that it's always the best when it comes to my treatment. I always recommend her to my friends and family!

For a phone visit, I thought it was handled well.

My appointment was prompt and my provider and I appreciate that my provider and I came to a decision together about how to continue treating my mental health.

Dr. Bajwa provides clear and informative answers to my questions and concerns. My mother and her sister both had an intrinsic factor problem requiring B12 injections. She included a B12 test in the blood test she was ordering and she confirmed my willingness to receive B12 injections if the blood test reported low B12.

My experiences with Dr. Bajwa have been very good. She is efficient, knowledgeable and gives doable options. Under her care my overall health has improved and I am grateful.

she listens carefully, then gives me tips to make the issue(s) better. In addition, she always gives me a printout about the issue we discussed. She has an excellent way of explaining how and why to make the issue better, and the possibilities of maybe needing a specialist if it doesn't get better with the info provided. She is an amazing Dr.

Dr. Bajwa always does the best she can with the time she has available for me. I realize she has constraints on how much time she can spend.

Dr. Bajwa is efficient, informative, and listens to my questions and gives helpful answers. During my most recent visit, she provided several ways to deal with my sinus allergies-breathing and sleeping much better now.

dr. bajwa is amazing! she always makes me feel so lol comfortable in asking questions and she really takes the time to explain my options. I live over 40 minutes away and the drive to see her is so worth it. those that work under her are always a joy and seem happy to work with her.

I have been in to see my provider 3 times in the past 3 months over the same health condition. I was given the same medication two times even after I stated that the first time I took this medicine the problem was still present. The third time I was given the pill form of my medicine and the end result was the same. I still have this problem, the doctor is great but bad at determining what would be best for the patient and is also rushing to get out to see the next patient after I waited in the room for 30-40 minutes for Dr. Bajwa to come in. Not a horrible experience here but I would not recommend my OB/GYN to ANYBODY.

For this to be my first visit, I appreciate Dr. Bagwa for helping, and understanding my asthma situation. She explained an understanding of being able to relate with my situation if asthma to help me further in the future of my asthma. The Dr even went out of her way to look into other asthmatic medications to use, because some medications are far to expensive to pay for.

Dr. Bajwa was very timely, professional, kind, and attentive. I came in for a routine physical and to discuss vaccines prior to travel. She answered all my questions, and I felt that the visit was very productive.

when I arrived 15 minutes early per my phone message the sign said the Dr. was on time. My appt was at 3pm at 3:30 I went to receptionist and asked how much longer of a wait for my follow up appt. I was told my appt was at 3:15 I showed her my appt card that the office wrote out it showed 3:00. I was told the Dr. had over 55 patients today. I replied that they should not have over booked that it was impossible to see that many people in a day. I told the receptionist I had a other appt at 4:15 and needed to be leaving her office at 4pm. I was told they will try but no promises. Dr came in at 3:55 I was in my car by 4pm.

My PCP was out this week so this was my first time seeing this doctor who was very helpful and listened well.

Dr. Bajwa was running late and I felt that she was rushing during my appointment. I was able to ask questions, but felt she didn't give them much thought.

This is the first time I met Dr Bajwa she is very personable. I liked her. I came in for a pre-surgery exam.

I am being treated by a specialist for several digestive conditions which also effect my overall well being. She has helped me a great deal.

I had several private health issues to discuss. She gave me excellent advice, and several printouts with good tips and advice. re: shoulder pain: she gave me options, and it was my decision, how to deal with it at this time. I chose the exercise option at this time., that is definitely helping.

Very good visit with Dr. Bajwa. She listened to all my concerns and upcoming tests & explained very well.

Test results took over a week. I still did not understand the results when I was notified. I went to the office to get a better understanding.

I came to see Dr. Bajwa regarding medication for anxiety and to talk to her about how I feel. She is very comforting and talked to me about what I can do to help with my anxiety besides the prescription she wrote me. She was very caring and listened to everything I had to say. I felt better after talking with her.

Dr. Bajwa was wonderful with my Mom who suffers from dementia. Dr. Bajwa made my Mom feel relaxed and comfortable. She was gentle, compassionate & patient with my Mom. Kept her attention on my Mom when I needed to answer questions my Mom could not , but never making her feel uncomfortable for not remembering. X, her nurse asst was just as wonderful.

Needed a new doctor. My doctor (X) retired last year.This was a 'get acquainted' appointment to see if Doctor Bajwa and I were compatible. We certainly are, and she will be my doctor until she retires,or I EXPIRE !
