I always feel welcomed and genuinely cared for
Doctor Vanderjack was kind, knowledgeable, gave attention to detail, and showed that she cared as a doctor. I would give her an A+rating for sure.
It was a good experience and she is a great Doctor and I would recommend her to anyone that wanted a knowledgeable doctor who cares. Thank you Advocate and Dr. Vanderjack!
I felt very safe coming into the doctor's office during this pandemic. Made sure I had a mask when stopped at the door for my cold.
I appreciate the respect and cure that was provided and appreciate the efforts that was given to me.
The Dr. was very nice, a good listener and explained my conditions in ways I never heard before. She made me feel comfortable and at ease because I have so many chronic diseases, but she addressed them all and promised to work with me to get better results

first time visit like the doctor
the experience was good
since it is a residency clinic, I saw a med student first and I have to say it was an excellent experience.
my only critique is that I have not been called about my blood results which will determine if I should see an endocrinologist
I didn't really feel like I had an actual check up. Other than taking vitals before meeting with the doctor, there was no physical examination until I mentioned a specific area that I have been experiencing pain & that examination was rather cursory. She suggested x-rays & physical therapy. When I mentioned other areas of concern, she told me what they could be without actually examining the areas. I'd seen one of your doctors about a week before due to a cough. She touched on that, but again, there was no examination & it was simply attributed to pet allergies. Most of the appointment was spent updating my file. While I think Dr. Vanderjack is very nice, I didn't feel like I received much of a wellness visit. I am contemplating changing physicians.
I think Dr. Vanderjack team does a excellent job. My only complaints is the whole HMO system. I think it cuffs your doctors.

Dr. Vanderjack is a caring and conscientious practitioner who treated me with respect and concern for my welfare.
This was my first visit, to establish care in a new state. The doctor was thoughtful and attentive, and I felt she saw me as an individual, as reflected in her recommendations.
Dr. Vanderjack is very nice,respectful and caring. She listens well and very good at explaining things to me.
The only concern I have is that on average it takes over 3 minutes for anyone to answer.
Loved my last dr. (Dr. X but she graduated in June. So, the new doctor, was very nice & very attentive. I have been coming here a long time & never had a problem. Everyone is very cordial & inviting.

THIS DOCTOR WAS VERY THOROUGH & SPENT TIME WITH ME, (I had 2 previous visits for the same condition with different residents.) The oNLY negative was the very long wait for the dr.

Very good I told her the pill to was describe to me by an old doctor and the reasons for the visit was to get authorization for refills. And we talked why I've been taking it and she gave me some _____ and understood why I was on it.
