Felt like I was getting the best help/information possible.
very good experience . answers my questions and concerns. would recommend him to anyone who needed his services.
Dr. Kokoldcar was excellent. The specific issue I was experiencing wasn't something he could help with much, but he helped me confirm that the appointment I had the next day with a different kind of specialist was more appropriate to help with my issue, and that the doctor I would be seeing was someone he'd had good experiences working with.
Office staff made me stand and wait for about 3 minutes to check out while they debated among themselves whether one of them had correctly handled a call from a patient earlier in the day. It seemed like a discussion that could have waited until they didn't have a patient in front of them that was waiting.
It was my first Zoom call. Dr. Was Very helpful and patient while I tried to turn on video access. After that, almost like a routine face to face visit. I had his full attention. He explained things well and listens carefully to concerns.

It was my first time to see Dr. Kakodkar he was recommended by a GI RN from ALGH and I find him a nice and knowledgeable doc.
It's all good experience they are all nice and helpful.
I waited an hour in the exam room. Pretty sure they forgot I was there.
Once I was seen, the doctor took good care of me.
The doctor was wonderful and dedicated enough time to speak to my concerns as I was a new patient with a complex health issue.
I had a 3pm appointment and came more than 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, but wait time once in room was longer than expected.
The nurse who took BP, etc., was very, very good. She appeared quite sincere.
