Dr. Patel - very thorough, very pleasant & caring.
Always a wonderful experience.
Doctor Patel was very helpful making sure that I understand that I get my A1C number down.
This was a new experience. Because of COVID-19 & the order for "Social Isolation", Dr. Patel did a phone office visit with me. I was prepared with the information I needed for the call because her office called earlier to give me details of what I needed.
I was impressed about the concern for my safety by not having an office visit, and for my health because the appointment was not cancelled.
Dr. Patel is very good at listening and putting you at rest just in case you were stressed. My first visit to this Specialist for Thyroid issue, which I, assumed I had because of reading previous test results. The other test she required put both of us at ease.

Dr. Ruchita Patel is a very knowledgeable and caring provider. She is always concerned about how and when I am taking my medications and if I have had the tests that she sends me for. I would recommend her services to anyone I know. She is excellent.

Dr. Patel was wonderful. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to see her. She listened to my problems suggested some solutions. We did a blood test and did find out that my levels were way off. She called in my prescription.
