Doctor Abi-Mansour is absolutely great and always cheerful. The receptionist was very helpful in giving me information about an upcoming blood draw.

THis doctor is fantastic if I lived closer he would be my heart doctor and his nurse she was terrific and the receptionist also so we had a great experience, we got there because X went to Christ ER and we were to follow up with Doctor Monsuur and he was great but as I said we just live to far away

was a pleasant experience. Annual checkup. Discussed prescription change due to pharmacy unavailability.
My visit with Abi was very good. We went over all updates with my health, discussed all of my test results, and me trying to come off of some of the medications that I take.
Patient has dementia & I am the daughter. I handle all these visits, etc., for her. Dr. Abi ordered that we make a follow-up appt. for within 1-2 wks. after hospital discharge. I called on the day 7/30 of release, was told nothing available; would call me back 12-24 hrs. later. NO CALL. I called again on 8/2, same thing. Would call 12-24 hrs. NO CALL. Both times I gave my call # to be reached. The following week a call is made to our house phone & message left to return call for appt., which I did not get because it was not to my cell. Next day, finally connected w/scheduler, who seemed not to know about my previous calls or my request to call cell number. Finally got a late in the day appt. to see Dr. Abi. OV went well; he's been my mother's cardiologist for a very long time & gives her very good care.

They we're using a new system and the Dr was having trouble finding my current meds which caused issues with what I was currently on! The nurse was very nice and helpful in trying to fix the situation.

I called to make my yearly appt. and Dr. Abi's appt. were full for about 6 weeks which never happened in previous years scheduling my appts. I didn't have enough meds to take until 1st available appt. The receptionist at appointment desk was very rude and very aggravating during our conversation in which I had gotten to a point I had to tell her she was upsetting me. I also told her how we need to move forward to remedy the situation I was in. Next I spoke to the nurse for Dr. Abi's office who gave me a new prescription over the phone "NO PROBLEM" I had the meds I needed until my appt. The nurse in Dr. Abi's office was VERY NICE and VERY UNDERSTANDING.

Dr. Abi-Mansour is specialist cardiologist I see semi-annual. He's an excellent doctor. Getting an appointment with him is another matter, You can't schedule an appt. 6 months ahead and have to constantly call in with in 6 weeks before the "date" to see him to see if their calendar is up for scheduling an appt. _____ this with having to get an referral to see him that only lasts for a 8 month period. The calendar scheduling for his visits have to change for patients.
Always a delight even when serious matters are discussed.
Abi Mansour listens and cares what I think and my concerns. All doctors should have what I call a good bed side manner. Most don't. Abi does!
