Excellent experience! Ultrasound tech was amazing!

Met w/a different doctor for an advanced sonogram to check for supplemental placenta & size of baby's kidneys. Sonogramist was fine & professional, doctor was great & personable, did NOT rush out of room like some other OB GYNs did. Wish I got a survey to fill out on them instead.

Dr. Lott was very kind and knowledgeable. She wasn't rushing us but at all and spent as much time as we needed with her. It was nice when we were talking about setting up a follow up appointment that she expressed we would see her again, many times we have different dr.'s & it felt nice to see her want to see us again rather than being totally impartial.

Doctor was knowledgeable and explained things in a way I understood. She took time to thoroughly answer my questions and treated me with great respect.

I was told to arrive 30 min. before my appointment. A nurse asked some questions, but then I had to wait 45 min. to see the doctor (30 min. after the scheduled appt.). Then when I went for blood work, I waited another 40 min. I ended up staying a total of 3 hours for this appt. Even though I provided my insurance card at the time of service, a claim was never submitted to my insurance. I was also billed under my former name, which was changed 7 years ago. It has taken multiple phone calls to straighten this all out and I'm not sure if it's fully resolved yet. (A representative told my insurance provider that it was not submitted because I did not provide my care at the time of service. Except I DID provide it.)

Dr Lott is the best. she saved our baby from an early birth and is a great listener and practitioner. I would go back to her as my first choice if I needed to again.

I saw Dr. Lott for a prenatal visit. I have a history of AFE, 5 miscarriages, and advanced maternal age. This was my first visit with Dr. Lott and I was very impressed.

Dr. Lott was an excellent provider at this appointment, the subsequent procedure that day & with all follow-ups afterward. Although I hope to not need her services, (& delivery a full- term baby.) I know that if I do, I will be in good hands. I am forever grateful for the care & expertise I have received from her.

Receptionist is not helpful at all! She gave me a hard time to make an appointment with doctor. She did not provide any options or choices, but only one schedule. Then she scared me by saying if not take that only first option, I'll have no choice for another month. Not friendly at all!

I really love Ms. Lott. She's definitely much more helpful and all around more caring to me then some of the other doctors. I'm excited were going through my journey together.
