Great experience as always. Love Dr. Higgins & our nurse makes shots as quick as possible.

This individual is always very late and never reads my son's chart before entering the room. I asked for a referral for an OT back in April and was denied, now she acts like I dropped the ball on something.

Really like this dr but she needs to listen better. She just thinks she knows shat you are going to ask and has the answer in her head when she needs to just let you finish the question and then take her time to respond. she's very business like, could be a little more personal
office visit went well
Dr Higgins is a great Doctor. She is very kind and listens to what you have to say. We booked with her as recommended by the school nurse and am glad we did.
They are very sweet and kind at the office -
Had to make an appointment on a Saturday so went to a different location/office than usual. Apart from some difficulties finding the right building and entrance overall experience with the provider herself was good. My child had pink eyes so it was a simple conversation and prescription.
Dr. Higgins always takes ample time to listen and talk to us and is great with both of our kids and us as parents.

My doctor is great & spends a good amount of time with us, but we feel rushed during sick visits with other doctors in the practice, though they were very nice.

The doctor is professional, warm and friendly. We love the doctor. However, the nurse and receptionists are somewhat distant and unwelcoming. The nurse was not watm at all. She came in and did the routine without smile on her face the whole time. She did not inform us about the temperature of the child without asking. She was not compassionate.
Dr. Higgins is the best doctor we could wish for! Number one! So sweet! We love her! Could not find any better doctor!
I love this practice, but they are always running late. 20 minutes late is a very good day. I've waited as much as an hour for a regularly scheduled appointment. thanks
