Dr. Loris Rayner is one of, if not, the best pediatrician I am aware of.
Dr. Rayner is the best.
Dr. Rayner is the best doctor I've ever had. He took the time to introduce himself and explained things very carefully. He was approachable, friendly, and made the new patients comfortable.

my child have a good doctor and they have a nice team the latching nurse taught me how to latch my baby on I love the team there
The visit went really well, we covered all bases and he even gave tips on staying as safe as I can during COVID-19, like making sure we remember to practice social distance, and washing hand to nothing is giving to baby.
The whole staff is excellent from the time you come in until you leave. Always pleasant and informative.
Loved Dr. Rayner I was nervous about changing pediatric doctors after relocating north, but he honestly was way better than I could have imagined.
Our previous pediatric doctor was a 10/10. Rayner is a 11/10 thank you for everything and your genuine love, support, patience, grace & kindness.
Dr.Rynar is excellent he's been my good to me and all three of my children my oldest is 20 now and I have a five year old and a seven month old that's how long we been with Dr.Rynar I wouldn't trade him for the world he's caring and patient when it comes to his patients and the parents he deserves 10 stars!!!!!!

From the kind and courteous receptionists, the gentle medical assistant, and the wise Dr, the experience is always pleasant. They always remember my family. I hope to keep coming back with my children for a long time.
My only issue with this office is the hour, hour and a half wait to see the doctor. We wait 10 minutes in waiting room rest of the time is in the exam room.

Dr Rayner needs to listen thoroughly when being spoken to and follow up the vital information he said he would check on that's not in my child's medical record. This will provide him with a better overview of why certain questions was asked of him in which no viable response was provided.

Dr. Rayner seems concerned and caring about his patients. I have been bringing to his attention about my daughters feet. Wished I got a referral to Ortho a year ago. she is now going on two and her feet are turns in.
Dr. Rayner was very disrespectful in his approach during our visit. He consistently cut me off when I tried to tell him about my daughters condition. He continued to discuss her weight and took it as far as to show me picture of obese kids from his class.

I like Doctor Raynor my child is only six months old and I've seen two other doctors before him I think he's very personable and smart and most importantly he checks the baby thoroughly. My only complaint is that my child's name is spelled wrong on this survey it's X. No s.' That has to do with the front desk person I'm assuming; if she would have given me a print out I would have corrected her but I believe everything at the front desk is computerized now.

Dr. Rayner is always professional and very helpfulness
in regards to vaccinations, we specifically stated we did not want the hpv vaccination. however, the medical assistant brought the vaccination in the room and was prepared to administer it but we read the label before we allowed her to. her excuse was "sorry I grabbed the wrong one"
This provider is awesome. Dr. Rayner always have my daughter's interest at heart. He seems very concerned about her medical condition and possibly getting her off medication.

My experience with Dr. Rayner is always good. I am not the easiest parent for anyone to have to deal with regarding my child because I am very hands on and I ask many questions. Dr. Rayner is always professional and thorough. I appreciate him being prepared by knowing my son's history and by not rushing me along. His advice is always candid, on point, and compassionate. I also appreciate his willingness to be available for us when needed. I have been with Advocate for 9 years with my son and he has been a pleasure to see once we discovered him.

Dr Raynor is the ideal family physician. He remembers our boys and asks questions about school, sports and overall social-emotional and spiritual health in addition to their physical health. Dr. Rayner has been my Pediatrician from birth. I like the fact that he knows who I am without looking at a chart. He is easy to talk to, patient, understanding and friendly.

The provider was very detailed and knowledgeable about questions asked. The provider explained the long term effects that the medicine would and and the pro and cons of taking this medication. The provider suggested an alternative and how much beneficial it would be.
The wait times are entirely too long for all providers in this office. After waiting 30 minutes, I was told he still had a patient ahead of us.

My experience was good. I researched and sought after Dr. Rayner before scheduling an appointment. I wanted to change my son's primary care physician. So the visit was an introduction and a check up for my son.
Dr. Rayner is one of my favorite doctors at the Advocate Evergreen Office. He is very caring, detailed, and engaged in my child's well being and overall health. My daughter was in the 12th growth percentile at her 1st office visit. She is now 5 months old and in the 38th growth percentile. He goes over her status and assures me that she will catch up with other children her age.
