has always made sure I was taken care of
This provider has been seeing my son since his birth. She does a great job and I believe we have a better understanding of each other now.
Dr. Roberts was attentive and helpful.
The doctor was great with video chat and helping my daughter.
Prompt responses, my children are always excited to see Dr. Roberts. Even though this crisis and meeting via Telehealth, the visit was efficient. Met two weeks ago her eyes, followed by marks on her back.
My child is a newborn so many of these questions don't apply. However Dr. Roberts has been excellent.
The doctor made this a priority during these current times. After we finished the normal visit, she was sure to ask how so was doing as well. It meant a lot!

I believe Dr. Roberts to be a GOOD doctor however, she and I have a difference of opinion regarding vaccinations. For RELIGIOUS reasons, I have decided not to vaccinate my child. Dr.Roberts informed me that it is Advocate's policy that parents seek a different pediatrician IF that is their wish, which feels VERY DISCRIMINATORY.

Dr. Roberts is very personalized in her care for patients. She is also very responsive, typically same day response to messages.
My experience was great.
My daughters last visit to the doctor was for an annual check up. Dr. Lin Roberts always does a thorough job when giving my daughter her physicals. She is very patient, kind and knowledgeable.
My child's pediatrician is very caring, knowledgeable and attentive. My whole family loves Dr. Roberts and I constantly recommend her to family and friends.

Dr. Robert's is assume. I feel like she goes out of her way to make that my kids are ok no matter what the issue is. She is not just a doctor, she has do much compassion and is really genuine and cares.

Dr. Robert's has been the best Ped's provider that my daughter has ever had, she has Down's syndrome. She is very compassionate and personal to her patient. This was our last visit with her as she will be going to Adult Clinic. It has always been a great experience with her for last 10 yrs. Dr. Robert's will be greatly missed.
