The front desk staff are amazing! Super nice and helpful I need 40 min appointments due to disability and they make sure I get that, and I don't have to remind them.
My health is very good and only need to see a doctor once a year. Dr. Koo always takes time to talk and answer all my concerns. I have recommended him to a few friends.

Dr. Koo is a great doctor. Last year 2 of my siblings and an uncle all had heart attacks and Dr. Koo had me have a CT on my heart. just to make sure all is good. I'm also a breast cancer survivor. I had my surgery and treatment at advocate lurthern general. I won't go anywhere else .

The provider was the third person I saw. The 1st took weight and blood pressure. the 2nd asked the questions and the doctor finished up in 6 minutes. after waiting for 45 minutes between check in and actual provider.

Dr. Koo is very helpful and professional. He's very knowledgeable & goes out of his way to help me.
Provider is very knowledgeable, caring. However, appointments made seem to frequently get pushed back. This was for an annual visit and appt. was changed. If it was for emergency or care needed right away - I would never be able to see him - probably someone else in the practice.
I chose Dr. Ko as my provider knowing him as my mother / mother in laws MD, being a thorough doctor w/ regards to care & knows how to listen to patient & patient family who was a part of the care.
Dr. Kevin Koo is a very knowledgeable doctor in general health - good PCP. Also, he is concerned with providing you with treatment needed, and not push treatment that unnecessary. He has earned my trust.

Always reminds of shot or vaccines needed and upcoming procedures such as colonoscopy every 5 years follow up always talk about any questions showing any concern I have with medications. Dr. Koo is thorough with follow ups.

the experience was great,but the follow up was not. the web site gave me the information about the blood tests, but I could not interpret what it meant to the results I had asked for. there was no follow up phone call.
