Dr. Ziffra was very patient and thorough. Dr.X I was very patient during this visit, which is an improvement from my previous experience.
front desk reception is very nice. the check out process is always very slow and the check out receptionist needs more training.
Dr. Ziffra is a very caring doctor. He is careful in prescribing medicines and not aggressive in testing if not necessary.

Dr. Ziffra is on top of everything. He's trying to slowly get me off some of my blood pressure medicine.

Due to the pandemic situation, my visit was done by phone. It was satisfactory, necessary at the time, but I prefer the face to face visit in the future.

Filling out this survey was very difficult as we have been under a Mandated Stay at Home Order by the Governor of Illinois. My scheduled office visit with this provider was my first visit by phone. I was very pleased with how it was handled by not only his nurse but the Dr. as well.
My experience with Dr. Ziffra was a good one and I was able to relate my concerns with ease. We had a interactive rapport with one another.
