It went very well for me it was my first time with that doctor. The doctor was going to communicate with the previous Dr. X & was going to call me for a strength test & has not called me.
We talked over the fact that at my age, I didn't want to have a lot of tests, or take expensive medicine, as I am comfortable, but do not want to extend my life so much that I will not be able to take care of myself.
The time this provider has treated me has been the best to me he is the best professional that I have visited.
Not with this dr. but all the dr's. I see at Dreyer do not get back w/ lab results. Why do they order them if they don't follow through-

the problem I have with Advocate is that whenever I call in to speak to one of my doctors I can't get through on the telephone. this is an ongoing problem that I have every time I call. you definitely need more people answering phones and getting patients to their doctors. this is a very frustrating problem for us patients. many times I give up and try again later in the day. the doctors are all good but the service of getting to them is very poor.
