Good visit video - so different than in person - but good.

Dr. Chicos was great, given the fact Dr. X was unavailable, which could have been better communicated. I had to provide foundational information that she was unaware of, perhaps it was embedded in older records.

Dr Chicos was professional, friendly, focused on visit. She encouraged me to get diagnostic mammogram & vaccinations, watch diet to reduce A1C, visit gynocologist.

I have always been satisfied by the Services I received.

Due to COVID-19 I request Advocate provide Telehealth I am more comfortable with the doctor have visualization instead of a telephone call - This will also give the provider time to properly see and assess a patients needs. The appoint was over 30 minutes late, I had to call twice. This interfered with my work, I would appreciate a call if the doctor is running behind. They are not the old ones working. Just saying.

she did prescribe medication that was given to another covid patient that made them feel better so I was happy with that even though she and I both knew that an antibiotic would not help a viral infection. it put my mind at ease though so I was thankful! and for that she deserves a 10!

My visit was a virtual one, on the phone. Dr. Chicos was very thorough even though I wasn't in the office.

My visit with Dr. Chicos through video through Zoom was excellent. As usual the doctor listened to my concerns and gave me expert advise.

I've never had a bad experience with "this Provider". She is always respectful, pleasant, and thorough. She checks over every concern, all the medications, on-going and future procedures, etc. She maintains expectations for my diet and exercise, and doesn't let me slide. She constantly monitors any concerns and seeks their resolution. I'm very satisfied with "this Provider".

I have been diagnosised with RA. I went to Dr Chicos for the pneumonia vaccine and the shingles shot since I have this immune disease and teach elementary school children. When she walked in she had me confused with another patient (despite the fact that she has my records and has seen me for years) and accused me of drug seeking. I have NO prescriptions with her. I am also holistic about my approach to health care when possible. Dr Chicos seemed actually hostile about my diagnosis. She refused to give me the shingles shot because she said it was a live vaccine and I couldn't have it if I had RA. My RA Specialist disagrees. Instead she fixated on my weight (I'm roughly 40 lbs over weight) said I was morbidly obese that I should see a nutritionist and have a sleep apnea study done. I told her I switched over to a Mediteranean diet (all organic, no hormones, no antibiotics or preservatives in the food), and according to my husband only snore mildly if I am congested and I'm on my back, but this is rare. I told her I would do this once I was off steroids for the RA, but at present the puffiness around my neck and face was due to prednisone. She wouldn't listen and said that if went to her nutrionist and did the sleep syudy I would not have RA!!! Yikes! I need a new internist.

I am grateful for Dr. Chicos, she is very attentive to my concerns and needs. she communicates in an understanble manner each visit. Also Dr. Chicos always makes sure she mentions the importance of exercising and eating a healthy diet.

It is always a pleasant visit and informative.

I always have a good visit with Dr Chico's. However I haven't been to see her in the last 3 months and my answers to some questions show this. as far as "procedure" goes, I'm having an appointment with an orthopedic Dr . next week because of ongoing pain in my knee.

She very kind caring and talking to providers is like talking to friend I just love her she care a lot about my health.

First time meeting. waited over 30 minutes to see her. none of my medical history was in the symptom. dr wasn't as concerned with my current condition. flat out said I was over weight and needed to lose 10lbs. no rapport and minimal/no bedside manner. did not give me a diagnosis or medicine, just said to follow up in 6 months (I had been to the ER just days before).

Dr. Chicos is always responsive to any of my concerns, including at this visit when I informed her of a nagging injury to my knee (I had not called about it earlier) and she promptly referred me for an xray (done that day at the clinic) and an appointment with an orthopedic physician. As a long-term patient, some questions are not directly asked at each appointment but I always feel free to relate any concerns and she is always responsive.

Dr. Chicos is a good listener and lays out the facts, which I greatly appreciate.

I've been trying to call the office all day to speak with a manager regarding this visit and provider. I had a terrible visit and would really like to speak with someone as soon as possible. it is way too much to type.

this provider is beyond rude and has no bed side manner. I left her office in complete tears. I've never encountered someone so rude as a doctor.

Dr. Diana Chicos is sure to be one of your best doctors. When she left 103rd St. Clinic so did I.

very disappointed with the doctor. my ring finger was splinted and did not even bother checking how flexible or how swallow the pain can be by moving it or letting me know anything but only to let me know that through time swelling will go down.
