Dr. Sarcu seems much friendlier now than he was a few years ago.
Dr Sarcu was thoughtful, intelligent and caring. He spent a decent amount of time with me. Very impressed.
Dr. Sarcu was thorough, knowledgeable and respectful. He explained everything and took the time to answer all of my questions.
Overall positive experience
nurse was not friendly or engaging in any type of conversation. at the end she said come back in 3 months & I stated that Dr said one month & she ignorantly stated NO! 3 months and she walked away. didn't even say bye, have a nice day or anything! So when I emailed dr he said 1 month for a return visit.

This visit on Sept. 5, 2019 w/dr. was very upsetting to me. I have seen him several times & he was very kind & polite dealing w/my ear problems. However, on Sept. 5, he was very rude & annoyed that I came in & said I should see Dr. X who won my dermatologist! That upset me an my care are still plugged up & annoy me w/the wax... which he said was very minimal! That maybe true, but my ears are no where near normal feeling to me, as I said, that day I was very upset with dr. behavior & comments toward my problem! In his defense, previously he was very patient & kind to me! It may have been a bad day for him!!

It was a quick visit in and out. didn't take long to be waited on everything went just as I expected it to be always on time when ever I visit the clinic I really don't have no complaints at all thanks I was able to get a appointment the next day .

Dr. Sarcu fit me in to his schedule to be seen. I appreciated that greatly. He is very kind to do this. I have had a history of getting very bad sinus infections that don't clear up quickly. I am grateful for his help, as well as Dr. X.
Dr. Sarcu was very patient and understanding with my father. Just weeks ago he lost his wife (my mother) and Dr. Sarcu and his staff were extremely sympathetic. The nurses where my father lives commented several times about how good his incision looked. My father said, "He seems like a good guy." My father isn't impressed easily.

Dr. Sarcu always answers all my questions in detail - his explanations are both informative and reassuring. I would recommend him to others and give him the highest grades !

Overall OK, but spent a lot of time in the exam room waiting for the doctor.
2 non medical people came into the examining room with the Dr and assistant. The Dr said these are the scribes but didn't ask if it was OK that they were there and recording the appt on the laptop. How do I know that they will keep my information private? They did not seem professional, I was reluctant to talk about some issues with them present.
the doctor was very thorough and compassionate. he answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. he was professional at all times and seemed very genuine.

excellent results from surgery
He did not listen to why I was there. It was a waste of my copay and my time. There were additional people in the room (training or something) and they talked more to each other than to me. I wanted to talk about getting off or switching my medication (one of the reasons I was there) but that was never addressed. I will not go to this provider again.
Went very well - nice provider.
I saw him twice. First to consult and second.to habe the procedure dine. Both times he.and the team were great.
I had a previous appointment scheduled the week before only to arrive in the parking lot to be told he was running about an hour behind schedule and they would need to reschedule my appointment. That was very nice of them to call me but disappointing I drove all the way there to receive this news.
Dr was kind, listened and answered all of my questions. Very thorough explaining things before and after my daughter's surgery!
