I had an excellent discussion with Dr. Gami about how I feel. He explained all the medications I am taking for my A-fib. He recommended that I continue with my meds Xarelto Cardevilol. He also agreed I could stop taking Lisinopril since my blood pressure was never any problem before. I like Dr. Gami.

Dr. Gami and his staff always provide excellent medical services to me.

I am very comfortable with Dr. Gami's treatment of my condition. He always explains the treatment options available and asks my opinion on how we should proceed.

Provider is very business-like which is good; friendly, patient, etc. I could use a little more explanation about options - why a particular one is chosen. There is explanation given - but some of it too brief.

Dr. Gami has always been the consummate professional and his staff, equally professional. He never hurries my visits, answers all of my questions, and makes me feel he is most interested in my health and mental conditions. I feel I am getting the best treatment for my treatment after every visit.

As you are probably aware, with the new software, there has been any number of problems with prescriptions. Dr. Gami, and his office staff, have handled each issue quickly and overcome any problems. Always a pleasure working with everyone there.

The wait to check out after the doctor's visit was very long. It was like it was a surprise that I was sitting and waiting to check out when the clerk came out of her office. It wasn't that she had a lot of people she was helping.

Signed in for check in & was skipped over by receptionist. Waited 15 min. and then had to speak up before receptionist checked me in. One person working this desk is not sufficient - Why are you cutting staff?

I was very nervous knowing I have a heart condition but Dr. Gami seemed concerned, thorough, intellectual and conscientious. He's a tell-it-like-it-is Doctor, even if the news is negative.

Highest recommendation.

The only issue is with "check out". This is a cold approach to the findings from the doctor. It is efficient but as a patient you are dealing with someone who is a non-involved party and has no relation to what tests and drugs were prescribed. It was like "take this" "call this number" "get this test" and "come back in three weeks". Bye.

I intensely dislike the change-over of ownership. I intensely dislike the 45 minutes it took to go over the check in procedure because NO ONE in the office other than epic personnel knew what was going on with the new system.

Visit was exceptional as usual.

Overall, think Dr. Gami is a great provider. However, when I initially questioned my condition, Dr. Gami told me to just accept what happened. This response seemed detached and lacked compassion. After I explained I had accepted and just needed to know the reason for closure, he seemed to soften his approach and told me to count my blessings. My advise is for Dr. Gami to put himself in that person's shoes and try to understand why they would have questions regarding their medical status. Other than that, he seems nice and I would recommend him.
